By using my watch repair services, you agree to these terms and conditions. All estimates provided are based on an initial assessment and may be subject to change if additional issues are discovered during servicing/repair. I am not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, or age-related component failure that may occur during or after repair. Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and shipping information. Unclaimed watches may be subject to storage fees or disposal after reasonable notice.

Service Estimates
All estimates are based on an initial inspection and may change if additional issues are discovered during servicing. Any revised costs will be communicated for approval before work continues.

Vintage & Fragile Watches
Vintage, discontinued, or heavily worn watches carry inherent risks. Due to age and part availability, additional faults or component failure may occur during or after service. During the servicing of vintage, discontinued or heavily worn movements, previously hidden faults or component failures may become apparent. Any additional work requiring additional cost will be discussed with the customer before proceeding.

Water Resistance
Water resistance is not guaranteed unless pressure testing is specifically requested and documented. Aging cases, seals, and gaskets may compromise water resistance even after repair. Servicing a movement does not constitute a water-resistance service. Water resistance is only warranted where the watch has been appropriately pressure tested and the result documented.

Polishing & Cosmetic Work

Case and bracelet polishing is not included in mechanical servicing unless specifically agreed. Where polishing is requested, the customer will be advised of the potential impact on original case geometry, finishes and markings before work is undertaken.

Customer-Supplied Parts
I do not warranty customer-supplied parts and am not responsible for their failure, compatibility, or performance once installed.

Warranty
All repairs are covered by a 1-year warranty on workmanship and installed parts, excluding misuse, accidental damage, water damage (unless tested), or customer-supplied components.

Shipping & Handling
All outgoing shipments include a tracking number provided to the customer. I am not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by shipping carriers once the item is in transit.

​

High-Value & Sentimental Items
Customers are responsible for informing us of unusually high-value watches prior to service. Our liability is limited to the cost of the repair performed and does not extend to the replacement or market value of the watch.

Payment Terms
Full payment is required prior to return shipment. Watches will not be released until payment has been received in full.

​

Unclaimed Watches
Watches left unclaimed for more than 90 days after service completion may be considered abandoned and subject to storage fees or disposal after reasonable notice.

​

Force Majeure
I am not responsible for delays or failure to perform services due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to carrier disruptions, natural disasters, or power outages.
