By using our watch repair services, you agree to these terms and conditions. All estimates provided are based on an initial assessment and may be subject to change if additional issues are discovered during servicing/repair. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, or age-related component failure that may occur during or after repair. Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and shipping information. Unclaimed watches may be subject to storage fees or disposal after reasonable notice.

Service Estimates
All estimates are based on an initial inspection and may change if additional issues are discovered during servicing. Any revised costs will be communicated for approval before work continues.

Vintage & Fragile Watches
Vintage, discontinued, or heavily worn watches carry inherent risks. Due to age and part availability, additional faults or component failure may occur during or after service.

​

Water Resistance
Water resistance is not guaranteed unless pressure testing is specifically requested and documented. Aging cases, seals, and gaskets may compromise water resistance even after repair.

Customer-Supplied Parts
We do not warranty customer-supplied parts and are not responsible for their failure, compatibility, or performance once installed.

Warranty
All repairs are covered by a 1-year warranty on workmanship and installed parts, excluding misuse, accidental damage, water damage (unless tested), or customer-supplied components.

Shipping & Handling
All outgoing shipments include a tracking number provided to the customer. We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by shipping carriers once the item is in transit.

​

High-Value & Sentimental Items
Customers are responsible for informing us of unusually high-value watches prior to service. Our liability is limited to the cost of the repair performed and does not extend to the replacement or market value of the watch.

Payment Terms
Full payment is required prior to return shipment. Watches will not be released until payment has been received in full.

​

Unclaimed Watches
Watches left unclaimed for more than 90 days after service completion may be considered abandoned and subject to storage fees or disposal after reasonable notice.

​

Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform services due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to carrier disruptions, natural disasters, or power outages.
