Watch Service

My services include:

Mechanical Watch Servicing

Every mechanical service includes complete movement disassembly, professional cleaning, inspection, lubrication, reassembly, regulation and performance testing.

​

Mechanical repairs, Quartz servicing, battery replacement and resealing, pressure testing up to 10 bar (100m),

 

All work carried out with close attention to detail and long-term performance. I will try my best to obtain genuine parts where possible and will be in contact to discuss options when not possible.

 

To maintain the highest standards of care, I specialise in watches with a retail value of up to £3000, focusing on quality brands from Switzerland to Japan. contact me for more information.

 

NOTE: I DO NOT undertake servicing/repair work on high-luxury or high-value brands such as Rolex, Patek Phillipe, Audemars Piguet, IWC, Breitling and comparable watches, as these timepieces require manufacturer-specific tooling, controlled workshop environments and security measures beyond the scope of my independent workshop. This ensures every watch I accept receives the correct level of care and professional attention.​

Mechanical Watch Service

For modern mechanical and automatic watches.

Includes:

  • Complete movement disassembly

  • Professional cleaning

  • Inspection

  • Lubrication

  • Reassembly

  • Regulation

  • Timing and performance testing

  • Case cleaning

  • Standard gasket replacement where appropriate

 

Vintage Mechanical Watch Service

From £190

For vintage mechanical and automatic watches. Vintage movements require additional inspection due to age, wear and parts availability. Each watch is assessed individually before a final quotation is provided.

 

Mechanical Chronograph Service

From £350

Mechanical chronographs require additional specialist work and are quoted individually following assessment.

 

Mechanical Repairs

From £50 + parts

Repairs are quoted following assessment. Examples include winding faults, setting problems, automatic winding faults and damaged or worn components.

Watch Assessment — £35

A £35 assessment fee applies where diagnosis or inspection is required before a repair or service quotation can be provided.

The assessment fee is deducted from the final repair or service cost when the work is approved.

Quartz Service - From £65

a quartz service includes:

  • Battery Replacement

  • Reseal

  • Case/Bracelet Clean

  • Performance Test

  • Pressure test 100m
