FAQ
How Does it work?
Go to the 'Contact' page and fill in the boxes with the relevant details. alternatively email whiteleywatchrepairs@outlook.com with any enquires. I will then respond with information and a rough estimate and how to receive the watch and postage/collection/delivery options. I will then receive the watch and give a more accurate quote for the work. I'll wait to commence work until I have received confirmation.
Payment and Shipping
Payment is completed through bank transfer or cash on completion of the works before being posted/delivered. Deposits may be required to obtain parts. Every watch is different so every transaction will be treated as unique. Shipping will be with Royal Mail using a PO box for security reasons. Collection/Delivery will/can be discussed.
How Long will it take?
Allow up to 3 weeks for a general repair as parts can take some time to arrive after ordering and the watch will need to be tested for a period of time. Servicing can take between 3 and 6 weeks. Simple battery changes can take from 1 - 5 days depending on postal services.
